On the 10th of February my beautiful girlfriend kissed me for the first time.
We were at her house having a party with some friends because there was a holiday in Germany. After some time she wanted me to show her room upstairs and we wanted to get some more alcohol. Suddenly she said that she wanted to kiss me and I panicked a little because the others also went upstairs to see what was taking so long and I really just wanted us to be alone when we would have our first kiss. So we told them we were coming and they went downstairs again.
After that, we left her room and just stood there in the corridor in silence and then she just looked at me and kissed me. And from that moment on our story began.

On November 25th, 2016 at 8:30pm, I went on my first date with my boyfriend Nelson.
It was simple; we watched a movie and had some beers. But it was my first time allowing myself to be with another person after a 7 year relationship and a divorce. He and I would have many more dates. Then soon, we fell in love. I didn't think I would ever connect with another human being. I didn't think that someone could ever want me after going through such a difficult time. From losing my home, losing my job, losing faith in myself to the point where I gave up on life. But I got a second chance and he was waiting for me.
That simple first date changed my life. It GAVE me life. Because 2 years later, our daughter was born. We have our moments in life where you just dont see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's impossible sometimes and you feel this emptiness inside. I wanted to give up my dreams, my life... everything. Before 11/25/2016 I felt as if there could never be a break in my life. I felt like I was constantly drowning. But on that evening, he came into my world and breathed life back into me.
Ever since then, we have laughed together, cried together, struggled together and living as a family together. He motivates me to pursue my dreams and is a beautiful father to his little princess. As I told him when I ordered Under Lucky Stars... we were simply written in the stars.

I saw an advertisement online and immediately thought it would make a wonderful Valentine's day gift for my husband.
I chose the heart shape and 06/07/08 because that was the day we were married. I wrote, "You are my Sunshine, my stars and my compass" for a few reasons. Mostly because when we first met I was "lost" and living a pretty sad life (admittedly he was too), but he guided me out of the darkness and to a happier life. Much like the sun, stars and compass guide you when you're lost. He is always my guidance every day for everything, he grounds me and gets me through my tough days.
I also sing "You Are My Sunshine" to him before we go to sleep most nights.. It's our "thing". He was so excited when he opened it and said it was such a thoughtful and sweet gift that really speaks from the heart.
Thank you for making our Valentine's day extra special we will be buying more from you that's for sure! The quality of the image and the frame is wonderful. It hangs proudly in our living room as a beautiful homage to the best day of our lives. His expression said it all. Thank you Under Lucky Stars. I got lucky finding you...

Connor and I have always known each other. He was my younger sister's best friend in elementary school and I have always been connected with him through mutual friends. We used to communicate through social media 8 years ago when we were teenagers but nothing ever came from it. I heard Connor joined the military through our mutual friends but we did not start talking until back in June 2018.
I fell in love with him the first day we met 1-on-1. I knew he was the one. I always dreamed of a love like this. He asked me to marry him 2 months later while we were drinking milkshakes and eating French fries in a diner. I didn't think he was serious but a month later we were standing on my favorite beach together with just my dad and the justice of the peace and we were eloping. It was at 2pm in our favorite town and at a beach that my mother had always brought me to.
Connor loves space, has always loved the night sky. I knew this was the right gift for us to be able to view every day.
It was perfect, I wanted to capture this moment in every way I could and this star map did it for me.

March 17, 1999 at 6:37am is the exact moment a blessing entered my life.
I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and since that day she has blessed me every day with love, humor, and beauty. She makes me a better person that I hope one day she can say she is proud of. She has become my best friend and I cannot imagine what my life would be without her.

On that evening, my now husband of 6 years and I promised ourselves to each other.
We were in a beautiful cafe talking about what the future holds for us. He looked deep into my eyes and said: "The future is us, don’t you worry". We were engaged 2 months later and married the following September. In October we welcomed our first child.
The most beautiful part about the constellation map is that there are two people holding hands on it. Looks like it was written in the stars that night for us to be together.

In 2013 I moved to Dallas Texas from Pensacola Florida where I am from. I started waitressing.
Another year passed, on October 11th my roommate at the time had this table that I have noticed across the room. This was a country/biker restaurant and at her table, there was this guy that stuck out to the regular guests. He had tattoos and bright blue eyes. I got my roommate to let me take over her table.
We got into a conversation with him, we were talking about where we were from. He was there for work and he is from California, so we are from different sides of the US. We then moved on to talking about tattoos and he asked me what was on my arm. I said he wouldn’t know these lyrics nor the band, as they aren’t big. He said he'd give his best shot. I said it was a band called Lydia. I looked down as I said that and saw that he got goosebumps, his jaw dropped. He pulled up his sleave and showed his tattoo of the album cover of the same band and album from the lyrics I have on my arm, we both were stunned.
Now it’s 2019 and we are married and we moved to Kansas City, MO.

At this time and place, my first baby sister was born.
I gave it to her for her 13th birthday, her last one before I leave for college, to remind her that I love her to the stars and back no matter where I go.

This was the night our lives changed forever.
We’d known each other for a few years, and we went out a couple times before this night. We took a night walk like we often do and when we stopped to look at the sky you told me. You told me you felt things for me stronger than anything you’d known before. When you said those words to me, my heart fluttered and my soul jumped with joy.
You made me new with your love.

I was currently serving in the United States Navy on detachment from Naval Air Station Jacksonville FL to NAS Key West. My soon-to-be-girl was in the Navy stationed in Key West.
We were out at a club and I saw her just as I was leaving. I knew of her but had not met her, she saw me in my truck and we said hello and she asked me if I was going back to the base and if I could give her a ride.
Here we are 24 years later, married for 22 years with two wonderful children in high school. I retired from the Navy after 24 years in 2015 and this map was for her for Valentine's day this year. I had it framed and surprised her with it. The quote at the top says: Total Attraction, Tell Me "What's Your Name", which was a Boston song ( What's your name) that was playing in the truck stereo the night we met, so it has special meaning to me. She loved it and it really melted her heart and it now hangs in our master bedroom to see and view every day we wake up and every night we go to bed. It was the perfect old school romantic gift.
