The customer service was/is top notch!
Thanks to USPS my first star map came damaged and late. After contacting support they sent me a new map an had it expedited via UPS! UPS claimed it was delivered an it was not. Contacted support once more an they were able to get it figured out yet again!! The new map arrived an was in perfect condition! Thanks again Rosie!
