There was an old church which was being renovated in Bengaluru. I met this interesting guy who was easy-going and a flirt.
We would study together and he always scored higher in exams. We were making jokes about relationships and commitments. We never really discussed about dating or going out for lunch or dinner. We talked about us and our families.
It was the last day of our college and we were all saying goodbye to each other. So I walked up to this guy and asked him what was going to happen to us after college is over. He just smiled at me and said a few things about his plans for the next five years.
There was no proposal or roses, candles, teddy bears. It was a cold night. The weather was pleasant. It was at that moment that we decided to get married on 14th May, 2014 at 05:30 PM.
A lot has changed since then. It's been 5 years and we're now married. This amazing guy never fails to surprise me. So I decided to gift him something very precious. The star map was the perfect gift to celebrate 5 years of togetherness.

On that day, I went to a friends wedding. Where my best friend from work had introduced me to their nephew. Her nephew Chris, is now the love of my life. I would not be where I am today without this wonderful man in my life.
I wasn’t sure I was going to make it to the wedding, but something kept pushing me to go so I went. Chris was not sure he was going to make it to the wedding either, because he wasn’t sure if he would be back from being deployed from the military. He came back a couple days before the wedding and was able to make it.
That sounds to me like we were definitely made to meet that day. ❤️

Hi there!
On the 7th of June 2015, I met Maitreyee at my friend's wedding. We found each other really interesting and started meeting frequently. At this time we both were dating other people but somehow realised that being in a relationship can be more fun when we were together.
So, eventually, we got together in November 2015 and strongly together since then.
We will be getting married on the 18th of January 2020.

So on the 1st of May 2015 my life changed forever.
It was mine and my husband's first date and also my birthday and we both knew at that moment we were each other's person. We've been married almost 3 years now and together and together for 4. It was the best surprise message I've ever gotten and I'm glad I took him up on his offer to spend my birthday with him.

I met who is now my boyfriend in Cutchogue.
He would drive me to work in his 69 Camaro and we would spend countless nights at the beach to talk and enjoy the view. Fast forward when I turn 18 and leave to go to Military school, we lost touch until he found me on facebook 30 years later.
Here we are at 46 and 48 going strong and I wanted him to feel a piece of our history and some bonds that can't be broken. It is a fabulous gift and we stare at it all the time in our room to remind of us of our roots and early beginnings and hopefully where we will spend the rest of our days.

Our story begins at the end of October. I had been striking out left and right and was beginning to plan on being single forever...
One day, I took a chance on someone who I matched with and had messaged me. He asked me to rate his dog (a good conversation starter I had in my bio), but said I was tough competition. When I say we hit it off, we hit. It. Off.
It was a Sunday; we agreed to a date for Thursday. We met in person the day before, when I spontaneously asked if he wanted to come to my friend's Halloween get-together. We left together and stayed at Denny's until 2 A.M. talking about anything and everything. Even in my costume, he still thought I was beautiful.
The next day we went out for Olive Garden and to a trampoline park, where we got sweatier than we both had ever been. To say it was one of the best nights of my life is an understatement. He held my hand as he drove me home and it was so sweet, I had to take a picture.
The first of the month from then on has been a reminder of that wonderful night when I met the man that I love. At the time of writing this, we've been together for 7.5 months and I look forward to many more.
