Okay, so I ordered a star-map for my girlfriend to display the moment in time we met. Sad part is, it got stolen off my porch, and I thought that was that.
I got talking with customer service though, and (after we were able to verify it was indeed stolen) they were able to send me a replacement.
I honestly just expected to be told "tough luck" and to move on, but they went through so much trouble for me, and I think that's commendable.
A lovely gift to remember special occasions, and each one is truly unique.
